StreamArmor 1.5

Creativity of those who design malware is virtually unlimited. Fortunately, however, the ingenuity of amateurs and professionals developing tools for protecting our computers is even greater. StreamArmor is a specialized application for detecting attacks led via alternative data streams.

What does that mean? Alternative data streams (ADS) constitute one of the methods used by Windows in which the data is surreptitiously saved without displaying the modification traces. This tool is very useful but when used by some unauthorized person, it can cause serious problems. StreamArmor is used for detecting hidden data streams and after verifying dangers, it enables us to eliminate them. The program works fast and is very efficient thanks to its multithread scan technology. The program compiles the scanning results in the form of a table, marking the suspicious and potentially dangerous elements. Then the user decides what to do with them.
The program’s interface is very comfortable and user-friendly and because the application is fully portable (small size and no need for installation), it provides excellent assistance for advanced users.
